Bradshaw Ranch Excerpt

“Well, that settles it for me. I’m going closer to the building to take pictures. I know something is there,” I said.

“You’re going to get close to the building?” Tina asked, sounding a little afraid for me.

“I’ll come with you,” Andrea said.

“Good, because I’m not going onto the property by myself. I don’t know why, but this scares me more than any other thing we’ve done.”

As we drove back to the property, I could feel the fear moving around my body. But I knew I wasn’t backing down. I simply took a deep breath and symbolically pulled up my grown-up girl pants.
